Passport to the future MiniGrant
We are pleased to announce that two of our PhD students received the MiniGrant funded by the project entitled "Passport to the future - Interdisciplinary doctoral studies at the Faculty of Biology UAM" POWR.03.02.00-00-I006/17.
The aim of the project "Passport to the future - Interdisciplinary doctoral studies at the Faculty of Biology UAM" POWR.03.02.00-00-I006/17 is to increase the quality and effectiveness of education at the third-degree studies of the Faculty of Biology UAM by implementing the high-quality modernized interdisciplinary program of full-time doctoral studies internationally in the field of biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, ecology and environmental protection.
Agata Sekrecka will try to unravel the role and relation between single binding sites (GAS / ISRE) in the multi-site, composite-containing promoters of Interferon Stimulated Genes (ISGs) by achieving the goals of the project entitled: “Friends, foes or just neighbours? The role of GAS and ISRE composite sites in the regulation of the IFN-I and -II response.”
